The questions we get asked before someone signs up.
Answers on services, pricing, Jamee's involvement, working with accountants, Xero, payroll and reporting.
Less about your revenue, more about your complexity. If you have got payroll, multiple accounts or reporting you cannot quite trust, that is usually the point NextEra starts to make sense.
No fixed minimum. Pricing comes out of the Strategic Finance Review, once we have actually seen your transaction volume, payroll and what you need reported.
Jamee runs your first Strategic Finance Review and stays across the file. Day to day you will usually deal with a client manager or senior bookkeeper, depending on the scope, but Jamee is never far from it.
No, and it should not. We handle the bookkeeping and hand your accountant clean numbers to work with, which usually makes their job faster too.
Yes. Most of our clients keep their existing accountant. We just make sure everyone knows who is doing what.
Xero is our platform of choice, and where most of our systems and expertise sit. If you are on something else, raise it during the review and we will talk through what is possible.
Yes. We will look at how messy the file actually is first. Sometimes a cleanup happens before the ongoing monthly work starts, sometimes it runs alongside it.
Not as a standalone service. We can add deeper analysis and finance support on top of a bookkeeping engagement, but bookkeeping and reporting is where we live.
